Important Notice: Beware of Scam Emails
Dear Exhibitors,
We have been made aware that scammers are attempting to deceive our exhibitors by offering a fake attendee list in exchange for payment. These fraudulent emails originate from Gmail accounts and are not legitimate.
Please note that any official correspondence from our team will come from an @iheartbeer.ca email address and will only be sent by Faron, Haben, or Matt. If you receive an email from any other sender, it is not from us.
If you encounter such an email, do not respond. Instead, please mark it as spam and disregard it.

NEW
1 - All Events in 2026 are now ONE day with TWO sessions
2 - All Events will start at 1:00 PM instead of noon except for Hamilton (we messed up the start time when launching the event, stupid mistake on my part but Hamilton will be 1:00 PM in 2027)
3 - Parking is no longer covered in the booth fee, the cost is roughly $20.00 and can be ordered through the venue link or on site. They do have warm underground for those who don't have tall vehicles.
3 - Our theme for the year is "Drink Local"
4 - Payment for extra supplies and/or rentals can be done directly within the portal in 2026.

IMPORTANT
1 - If you've never attended an I Heart beer event in the past, we recommend you read all the information provided.
2 - There are no carts for Toronto. If you have a portable cart, we recommend you bring one to speed up YOUR unloading and loading times.
3 - Ice comes with your booth fee and can be picked up at the token booth with vouchers that can be found in your welcome package.
4 - Municipal water supply and drain via a small sink near the loading dock entrance.
5 - Any type of flame or heat at a booth requires a fire extinguisher for the entirety of the event.
6 - You'll be able to drive into the building to unload, please remove your vehicle as soon as all your items are out of the vehicle.
7 - Each drink exhibitor will have access to a plug in Toronto for LED lighting only. So please bring lights and an extension cord.

PROJECTIONS
*Latest Update: Jan 28th, 2026
*We are currently at 2,900, the evening session is outpacing the day session by 380 tickets and will very likely sellout. At this point, 3,500 is a very conservative estimate, I'm expecting 3,500 to 4,000 people for this event. I've updated the numbers for 4,000 simply because the exhibitor count is a little on the low side and it's imperative no exhibitors run out of product fir this event. I'd like to make this a premier event in the long run.
