STEP 1 - IMPORTANT INFO

  • All Events are 19+.  Toddlers are permitted. No children who are able to walk on their own.

  • Ticket prices increase over time, the earlier you by, the more money you can save.

  • No Outside Food and Drink

  • NEW - You can buy tokens online for most events

  • I❤︎BEER Festivals are cash only at the event for 2024.  There are ATM's on site but we recommend bringing cash beforehand.

  • Admission comes with a 10 ounce sampling cup, no alcohol can be poured in anything but the official sampling cup.

  • Tickets  & Tokens are Non-Refundable

  • Name tags are available to use if you're feeling social.

  • There is plenty of seating for those who need to sit.

  • Designated Drivers can buy a $10.00 ticket at the door.  No alcohol can be consumed with a DD Ticket.

STEP 2 - CHOOSE YOUR SESSION

All indoor I❤︎BEER events have 2 or 3 sessions:

  • Day Sessions (1:00 PM to 5:00 PM) - The day session isn't as busy as the night session.  People tend to be more laid back during the day session.

  • Night Sessions (5:00 PM to 10:00 PM) - The night session has more of a party atmosphere.  The music is a little louder, the attendees are a little more boisterous and the crowds are a little bigger.

Doing 2 or 3 sessions allows us to lower our ticket prices. The average individual spends 2 to 2.5 hours at the event.  ❤︎🍺

STEP 3 - BUYING YOUR TICKET

I❤︎BEER has a tiered pricing system which means the tickets go up in price as the Festival date nears.  The festival page, the ticket page and the facebook event page all list the ticket prices and the price increase dates.  A general admission ticket ranges from $11.99 to $21.99 (plus taxes and fees) for day session tickets or $16.99 to $26.99 for night session tickets.

Your ticket gets you admission to the Festival, a 10 ounce sampling cup and access to the seating area, games, water stations and dance floor.

Don't Drink?  Designated Driver tickets are available at the door for $10.00.  DD Tickets allow you to enter the event but alcohol consumption is prohibited. ❤︎🍺

STEP 4 - EVENT ARRIVAL

Once you've entered the venue, you'll have your ID and bags checked by security prior to ticket scanning.  Please have ID with you, the security company has the right to check anybody's identification regardless of age.  If you can't provide identification, you won't be entering the event.

After the security check, we will scan your ticket.  We can scan the ticket on your phone or you can print the ticket off and we can scan the paper.

Tickets are available at the door but we recommend getting them online so you don't miss out. ❤︎🍺

STEP 5 - POST TICKET SCANNING

Once you've been scanned in, you'll receive a cup with a wristband.  It's important to have the wristband on during the event.  Wristbands signify that you are 19+ and allows the drink vendors to serve you alcohol. Your glass will also contain a menu card.  The menu card has the list of drink vendors on one side and the food options with pricing on the other.

After you've put on your wristband, you have 3 possible options:

  1. Check your Coat/Jacket: Coat check is normally done by the venue and it's normally $5.00 cash for a coat. Some venues will have coat check prior to ticket scanning.

  2. Put on a name Tag:  For those outgoing individuals that want to socialise, we provide markers and name tags at our name tag booth.

  3. Enter the Event and Take it all inBreweries, distilleries, food, games, seating, themed decorations, music and dancing coming together to provide you with a wonderful night of fun and excitement. ❤︎🍺

STEP 6 - SAMPLING TIME

Within the event, there will be two tents selling tokens.  Make your way over and get some sampling tokens.  Remember it's cash only and there are ATMs onsite.  Tokens are $2.50 each. If you bought tokens online, you can redeem them at the token Booth.

The average person in 2024 at an indoor I❤︎BEER Festival consumed $21.50 worth of drink and $15.50 worth of food.  Night sessions consume 20% more food and drink than day session attendees.

The prices of food will be listed digital  menu card and most 5 ounce beer samples will be 1 token.  Spirits & specialty beers may cost more. If there's a beer you really like, you can get a double sample (big reason why we do the 10 ounce cup).

We recommend buying $20.00 worth of tokens and going from there.  Tokens are non-refundable so you're better off buying less and topping up later if needed. ❤︎🍺

STEP 7 - SIT, PLAY & DANCE

Take a break from drinking and eating and take advantage of everything I❤︎BEER has to offer....

  • Take a Seat: Take a break and relax at our main seating area.  Tables are covered with craft paper and jars of crayons are spread across the tables for those looking to enhance their artistic capabilities.

  • Bring Out Your Inner Child: Have a little fun and play some foosball, beer pong, arcade games and board games. Across the venue, you'll find all sorts of games to enhance your festival experience.

  • Dance Like Nobody's Watching: Hangout near the stage and let your feet do the rest.  Dancing tends to intensify during the last hour of the night session.❤︎🍺

STEP 8 - ARRIVE ALIVE

Now comes the not so fun part.  With any drink festival, drinking and driving becomes a serious issue.  There are a multitude of ways to get home safe and it's always important to have a plan to get home.

Nothing ruins a great night more than getting behind the wheel while intoxicated.  At I❤︎BEER we have many plans/procedures in place to prevent this from happening but WE ALL need to work together to keep our streets safe.  ❤︎👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
