*99.5% of people selling tickets are scammers.  Please be very cautious when buying second hand tickets.
 

1) Over the past two weeks, we've had 12 vendors cancel on us for various reasons.  My coordinators have been working around the clock to fill the empty spots. We've been able to replace 6 of them as of this morning.  Lines will be a little longer because of the missing 6 vendors but we feel we have enough vendors to still produce a good event.  We have a specific vendor to attendee ratio we like to have to keep lines acceptable.
 

2) Due to specific floor plan restrictions, we aren't able to have a large seating area down the middle of the venue like we do at every other event.  Instead we had to put it off to the side which reduces the size of our seating area.  There is still seating for roughly 150+ people but not the 250+ we normally have. We've opened up the second floor seating area to add another 300 seats.
 

3) To stay within code, we've moved all games into the changeroom areas, this will free up space on the main floor and allow us to expand our gaming options.
 

4) The event is happening in the purple rink, you can't miss it.
 

5)  The event is sold out but Designated Driver tickets are still available at the door.
 

6) Next year, we'll be aiming to book both rinks and the event space on the second floor, this will allow us to run the event similar to all of our other events across the province.

 ➡️ All General Admission Tickets include admission to the Festival and an official 12 ounce I❤︎BEER sampling cup. Tokens can be purchased at the festival at the designated token tent.

 

🎫 Designated Driver Tickets are $10 at the Door.  DD Tickets give you admission to the event but you are not permitted to  consume any alcohol at the Festival (If caught consuming alcohol of any kind, you'll be removed from the venue).   Non Alcoholic drinks and food can be purchased using tokens at the local food vendor booths.
